One-year Warranty Free
All eligible products enjoy a one-year limited warranty starting from the original purchase date.In case of any material or workmanship defects during normal use of the product, we will:
- Replace it with the same model or product of equivalent performance at no cost;
- Efficiently handle your warranty application to help you get back to fishing as soon as possible.
This warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

Partial Component Replacement Options
For certain products, when a complete replacement is not necessary, we offer more targeted replacement services:
- Double-section fishing rods: We can provide replacement parts for the middle sections;
- Components that do not require overall disassembly: such as grips, wheel seats, extension rods, 3D printed parts in orange or black, etc. as individual accessories.
The availability of components depends on the specific model and inventory. LIEKUN reserves the ultimate right to determine whether partial replacements are applicable.

Special Return and Repair Service
In case the whole machine cannot be repaired by mail due to geographical, logistics or other objective reasons, the after-sales team of LIEKUN will assess the situation as follows:
Assessment Passed: We will free of charge send you the damaged parts and you can replace and repair them yourself. Relevant instructions can be obtained by contacting the customer service;
Assessment Failed (such as insufficient parts, damage beyond the scope of self-replacement, etc.): You can purchase the required parts at your own expense. We will provide technical support.
This service is designed to reduce your repair costs and time consumption, but its final applicability is determined by LIEKUN based on the actual situation.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following situations:
- Normal wear and tear and aging during normal use;
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence or improper operation;
- Damage resulting from accidental collisions, external impacts or natural disasters;
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications or structural changes;
- Minor cosmetic defects (such as paint scratches, fading, etc.) that do not affect functionality;
- Products purchased from unauthorized channels or resellers;
- Products lost or stolen.

How to submit a warranty application
If you need to apply for warranty service, please contact us through the following methods:
- Send an email to our customer service email address, and attach the order number and the description of the problem.
- Please submit your warranty request through the online form on the "Return/After-Sales" page of the LIEKUN official website.
Our after-sales team will promptly review and contact you to inform you of the subsequent processing procedures.
LIEKUN reserves the right to physically inspect the product before approving the warranty, or to charge certain replenishment and handling fees (if applicable) in special circumstances.

Limitation of Liability
Within the maximum scope permitted by law, LIEKUN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this product, including but not limited to: fishing opportunity loss, time loss, inconvenience or loss of earnings.
The entire liability of LIEKUN under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the product that is confirmed to have defects (at our discretion).

Implied Warranty Disclaimer
Apart from the warranties explicitly stated in this warranty clause, LIEKUN makes no other express warranties. To the extent not prohibited by law, we waive all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In some regions, the period of implied warranties cannot be limited, so the above restrictions may not apply to you.

Applicable Law
This warranty policy is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. The principle of conflict of laws does not apply.
