1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.00 USD.

Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. Expedited shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For international orders outside the US, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight and dimensions

  • Selected shipping method

  • Destination address

6. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped to the US may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by US Customs and Border Protection.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

  • LIEKUN is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or inspection.

  • We are required to declare the full value of the order on customs forms.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us and we will file a claim on your behalf.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and contents before opening, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses. If you realize your address is wrong, contact us immediately—we will do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order has shipped.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement—no questions asked. After 24 hours or once the order has been shipped, cancellations will follow our standard return policy.
